Hypnosis is a safe and effective method to get you in a deep state of relaxation that enables you to create change.
Hypnosis is a natural state that everyone goes in and out of all day long. We use it intentionally to:

You’re able to tap into the part of your brain where your thoughts, beliefs, perceptions, sensations, emotions, memory and behaviors originate.
In this state, you’re more open to gentle guidance to help you modify or replace the unconscious thoughts that are driving your current behavior.
It is not possible to be stuck in hypnosis.
It is not a form of mind control, I or any hypnotherapist, can not make you do anything you would not normally do.
You will experience it like a deep guided meditation, it is very relaxing and highly transformative!
Tapping or emotional freedom technique based on the principles of Chinese acupressure and modern psychology.
You will "tap" on certain energy points in the body, while speaking about many different scenarios, fears, and old unwanted beliefs. As you do this, you will lower cortisol (or the stress response). Tapping has been shown to be more effective than traditional talk therapy in scientific studies.
Tapping regulates the nervous system and boosts the immune system by putting the body back into the parasympathetic (relaxation) nervous system response. This allows the immune system, digestive system, reproductive system, and endocrine system to function as it should.
You are left feeling more relaxed, empowered and free.
Breathwork is an incredibly powerful healing modality in which you use your breath in a cyclical way to relax the body and reset the nervous system.
In the Self Healing Library you will have a variety of breath techniques designed to get you more connected with yourself and in alignment.
You also have embodiment sessions designed to help you FEEL GOOD and increase your capacity for feeling good therefore increasing your emotional baseline.
Overtime breathwork has been show to significantly reduce anxiety, improve immunity, improve muscle tone, increase lung capacity, increase emotional regulation and more!
Hi! I'm Kelly Kristin. I created the Self Healing Library so that everyone can have the tools that create real and lasting change.
As a clinical hypnotherapist certified in EFT tapping, breathwork and a variety of other practices I wanted to create a space that has it ALL.
These are the tools and practices that have not only transformed my own life but the lives of thousands that have come through my programs.
All of these practices have been and continue to be scientifically proven to create change and be more healing than traditional talk therapy or thought-based practices.
